We currently ship to United States addresses only.*
USPS is the go-to carrier for 'Free Standard' Shipping options. Continental United States takes anywhere between 2-14 days depending on shipping method. We ship from New York City.
All other locations outside the Continental U.S. may take anywhere between 3-28 days depending on location.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOX?
Yes! We do. We also ship to any U.S. address, including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S.V.I. and so forth. Continental United States takes anywhere between 2-14 days depending on shipping method.
DO YOU SHIP TO APO / FPO / DPO?
Delivery to APO / FPO / DPO usually takes 4-8 weeks depending on your location.
SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT TIME
Due to a high volume of orders coming in, our fulfillment time is one business day, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
Once shipped, your item will arrive in 3-15 business days depending on your shipping service option and location. Please check the carrier tracking number provided with your order for accurate delivery information.
Most orders arrive within 7 days after shipment.
Free Economy Shipping: 4-7 Business Days
$10 Expedited Shipping: 2-5 Business Days
When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping information and tracking number. Please keep this email to reference and track your shipment.
MISSING PACKAGES:
www.SublimeCosmetic.com is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but are "not received." It is the responsibility of the customer to track these down. Please check with your neighbors, next to your porch, or your back door. Your local post office can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track down your packages on our end.
www.SublimeCosmetic.com is also not responsible for stolen packages. Your best course of action is to file a police report and submit a claim via your home or rental insurance.
Once we've shipped out your order, we will do our best to assist, but please reach out to the carrier first or call 1-800-275-8777 for USPS support with any shipping delays or problems.
Recipient-initiated investigations tend to bring about a smoother process, so www.SublimeCosmetic.com will not be able to open an investigation on your behalf however we can help you guide through this process and we will file one with our post office from our end.
PACKAGES WITH INSUFFICIENT/INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is used when placing your order. Please double check your shipping address when ordering. You will also receive a confirmation email after placing your order that will show your shipping address as you entered it. If that address has any discrepancies, please SEND AN EMAIL IMMEDIATELY to help@sublimecosmetic.com or send us a text-message to +1 (909) 681-1373 with your order number confirmation from the email immediately to correct the shipping address before we process and ship your order.
Packages that are tagged as "RTS" or Returned To Sender by the USPS to www.SublimeCosmetic.com due to insufficient or incorrect address can be shipped back out to the customer with the correct address, but the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. We charge the full cost of shipping to re-send a returned package in this situation.
You should expect your order to ship within 2 business days, unless noted otherwise.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to orders, such as color changes, order cancellations, etc.
Overnight shipping: is a flat rate of $49.95. If you place your order on a regular business day before 10am EST, it will be sent over night and you will receive it the following business day. (Excluding any Postal Holidays) Overnight shipping orders placed after 10am EST, will be shipped out the following business day. If you place your order on any weekend day, it will not be processed until the next business day.
Once your shipment has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive an updated tracking number, which can be used to follow your package's journey to its destination. SublimeCosmetic.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We highly recommend purchasing Route Shipping at checkout to insure any lost or stolen packages.
Signing for your package:
Some orders require insurance against theft and accidental damage during delivery ($350 and more). Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If you wave the signature confirmation for your package, SublimeCosmetic.com will NOT be responsible for any theft and damage.
International Shipping: We do not ship internationally right now, but we hope to do so in the future.
We fulfill all items directly from our warehouse.
